The 125mm (22mm bore) Twisted Knot Steel Wire Wheel Brush is a heavy-duty industrial cleaning tool engineered for aggressive edge and surface preparation. Built with tightly twisted bundles of high-carbon steel wire, it delivers extremely high cutting force ideal for demanding applications requiring rapid removal of:

  • Heavy rust and scale
  • Weld spatter and slag
  • Hardened coatings, epoxy, rubber, tar
  • Concrete residue and baked-on industrial contamination

Its twisted-knot wheel design focuses energy along the brush perimeter, giving deep, controlled cleaning along weld toes, edges, corners, fillets, profiles, channels and internal radii where cup brushes cannot reach effectively.

The 22mm (22.23mm nominal) mounting bore fits standard 5" (125mm) angle grinders using the typical centre spigot flange system. This ensures strong, stable rotation at high RPM with minimal vibration.
