Delivery, Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Fix and Weld Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to the following policies.
Delivery Policy
- In-Stock Items: Usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Backorders/Lead Time Items: Items not in stock are subject to manufacturer lead times. Estimated dispatch times will be confirmed at the time of order.
- Custom/Modified Items: Lead times for bespoke or modified parts will vary. Expected delivery schedules will be provided upon order confirmation.
- Delivery Charges: Displayed at checkout for online purchases. For large or specialist orders, a member of our team may contact you to confirm shipping arrangements.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return items, please review the guidelines below. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- Refunds: Typically processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
1. Faulty or Incorrect Items Sent by Fix and Weld Ltd
- Return Window: 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Return Process: If collection is required, we will contact you to arrange pickup.
- Refund: Upon inspection and confirmation that items are unused and in original packaging, a full refund will be issued including your original shipping costs.
2. Incorrect Items Ordered by Customer
- Return Window: 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Return Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
- Refund: Issued once goods are received, unused, and in their original packaging, minus return shipping costs.
3. Items No Longer Required
- Return Window: 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Return Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Refund: Issued once items are received and verified to be unused and in original packaging, minus shipping and restocking charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders with Lead Time/Backorders: May be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests may be declined if we have already placed the order with our supplier.
- Custom or Modified Items: Cannot be cancelled once production or modification has begun. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel such an order; we will assess whether cancellation is possible based on production status.
Return Conditions
- All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Please include your order reference or invoice number with any returns to avoid delays in processing.
