TCT broaching cutters are designed for high performance hole drilling when used with magnetic base drilling machines in fabrication, engineering and steel construction environments. Commonly used where longer tool life and faster cutting speeds are required, they cut only the material at the circumference of the hole, reducing heat build-up, power load and drilling time compared to conventional drills.

Manufactured with tungsten carbide tipped cutting teeth, TCT broaching cutters offer excellent wear resistance and consistent cutting performance in tougher materials. Available in diameter sizes from 12mm up to 50mm, with cutting depths of 35mm and 50mm, and options supplied without pilot pins, they deliver clean hole finishes, extended service life and reliable results when used with compatible mag drills and appropriate safety equipment.
