HSS broaching cutters are designed for fast, accurate hole drilling when used with magnetic base drilling machines in fabrication, engineering and steelwork applications. Commonly used on site and in workshops, they cut only the material at the circumference of the hole, reducing drilling time, power load and heat compared to traditional twist drills.

Manufactured from high speed steel, HSS broaching cutters provide a cost effective solution for general steel drilling tasks. Available in diameter sizes from 10mm up to 65mm, with cutting depths of 25mm, 30mm and 50mm, and options supplied with or without pilot pins, they deliver reliable performance, clean hole finishes and good service life when used with compatible mag drills and appropriate safety equipment.
