Description
The 1.0mm ER 2594S Super Duplex MIG Wire Weld Star Pack 15Kg is a super duplex stainless steel MIG welding wire designed for welding super duplex stainless steels and matching grade base materials in highly corrosive service environments. Manufactured to produce a balanced ferritic-austenitic weld structure, ER 2594S provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking whilst maintaining high tensile strength and excellent impact toughness. Precision layer wound for smooth wire feeding and consistent arc performance, it is ideally suited to offshore, marine, petrochemical and process industry fabrication.
