Weld Star ER308LSi is a premium austenitic stainless steel MIG wire designed for welding 304, 304L, 305, 321, and 347 grade stainless steels. With a low carbon content, it minimises the risk of intergranular carbide precipitation while its elevated silicon content enhances weld pool fluidity, making it easier to achieve smooth, clean welds.

This wire is ideal for applications requiring excellent corrosion resistance in urban and rural environments. It performs reliably in structural, process piping, pressure vessel fabrication, and general stainless steel work even at cryogenic temperatures down to -196°C.
