Weld Star Dual Core 316L-T0 is a rutile flux cored stainless steel wire designed for gas-shielded arc welding of austenitic stainless steels. With 19% chromium, 12% nickel, and 3% molybdenum, it delivers excellent corrosion resistance in acidic and chloride-rich environments, with low carbon to reduce intergranular carbide precipitation.


Optimised for flat and horizontal welding positions, this wire features excellent bead appearance, high X-ray soundness, low spatter, and automatic slag release. Its resistance to moisture pick-up makes it ideal for environments where wire storage conditions may vary.
