Weld Star Dual Core 316L-T1 is a rutile flux cored stainless steel wire designed for high-efficiency gas-shielded arc welding. With a low-carbon 19% chromium, 12% nickel, and 3% molybdenum alloy composition, this wire provides excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride-rich and acidic environments.

Engineered for out-of-position welding, 316L-T1 delivers excellent arc stability, smooth bead appearance, high X-ray soundness, and automatic slag release. Its vertical weld capabilities and productivity make it ideal for demanding structural and pressure-related stainless applications.
