The Weld Star Dual Core 70 M is a high-performance seamless metal cored MIG wire designed for demanding structural and pipeline applications. It delivers a stable arc, low spatter, and exceptional mechanical properties, even after post-weld heat treatment.

Engineered for automated welding systems, it meets NACE (HIC & SSC) requirements for sour service welding in the oil and gas industry. The seamless wire construction ensures a diffusible hydrogen content of <3.0 ml/100g, reducing the risk of hydrogen-induced cracking.

Ideal for shipbuilding, offshore, pressure vessels, and general fabrication, this wire offers superior feeding characteristics thanks to precision layer winding. Supplied with EN 10204:2004 3.1 test certificates.
