Weld Star Dual Core 81 R is a high-quality seamless rutile flux cored wire engineered for low-temperature applications requiring excellent notch toughness and crack resistance. Designed for single and multi-pass welding, this wire delivers superior out-of-position performance, excellent puddle control, and easy slag removal with low spatter.

Its seamless construction provides diffusible hydrogen levels <3.0 ml/100g, significantly reducing the risk of hydrogen-induced cracking ideal for critical applications in offshore, pressure vessel, and structural fabrication. Supplied with full 3.1 test certificates in accordance with EN 10204:2004.
