CD Weldstud DIN 525 - Stainless Steel A2

CD weldstuds manufactured to DIN 525 from A2 austenitic stainless steel are designed for capacitor discharge stud welding to thin sheet metal and light gauge steel. They provide a strong, permanent threaded fixing with minimal heat input and low distortion, making them ideal where surface finish and reverse side appearance must be maintained.

Welded in a fraction of a second using CD welding equipment, these studs deliver consistent weld quality and reliable thread integrity. A2 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for fabrication, electrical enclosures and general engineering applications.
