CD Weldstud DIN 525 Stainless Steel A4

CD weldstuds manufactured to DIN 525 from A4 austenitic (marine grade) stainless steel are designed for capacitor discharge stud welding onto thin sheet metal and light gauge steel. They provide a strong, permanent threaded fixing with very low heat input, minimising distortion and eliminating marking on the reverse side of the parent material.

Welded in milliseconds using CD welding equipment, these studs deliver consistent weld quality and excellent thread integrity. A4 stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance, making these weldstuds ideal for coastal, marine, chemical and aggressive environments where maximum durability is required.
