Type P Nyloc nuts manufactured from A4 stainless steel to Din 982 provide a corrosion resistant self locking solution for applications subject to vibration and movement. An integrated nylon (polyamide) insert creates prevailing torque on the mating thread, helping prevent loosening while allowing installation using standard hand tools. A4 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, making these nuts suitable for outdoor, marine, and aggressive environments.
