Description
Philidas industrial self locking nuts manufactured from A2 stainless steel to Din 980 are one piece, all metal prevailing torque nuts designed for applications subject to vibration and dynamic loads. The locking action is created by a slotted collar above the hex, which de pitches the threads to produce a controlled friction grip on the mating fastener. This all metal design provides reliable locking without nylon inserts or additional components.
