Weld Star Alloy 82 TIG wire is designed for welding nickel alloys such as Alloy 600, 601, 690, 800, and 800HT. It produces weld metal with high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and outstanding oxidation and creep rupture resistance at elevated temperatures.

This alloy is ideal for dissimilar metal welding between various nickel alloys, stainless steels, and carbon steels, including overlay applications. Its versatile temperature range from cryogenic conditions to high heat makes it widely used in power generation and petrochemical industries.
