Weld Star Dual Core 308L-T0 is a high-performance rutile flux cored wire designed for flat and horizontal position welding of austenitic stainless steels. With a low carbon 19% chromium / 9% nickel alloy, it produces a smooth, stable arc and a clean, attractive weld bead with excellent penetration and X-ray quality soundness.


This wire provides exceptional resistance to moisture pick-up, making it ideal for fabrication environments where consistent quality and productivity are essential. It is suitable for service temperatures ranging from cryogenic conditions up to 400°C and is precision layer wound for reliable wire feeding.
