Premium flap sanding discs for angle grinders are engineered for maximum stock removal, cooler grinding and extended service life when working on steel and ferrous metals. Manufactured using Klingspor SMT624 Supra abrasive flaps, they provide fast, consistent grinding performance, making them ideal for demanding fabrication, engineering, construction and maintenance applications.

Available in grit sizes from coarse P40 for aggressive weld removal through to P120 for surface preparation and finishing, these high-performance convex flap discs combine grinding and finishing in a single operation. Suitable for use on weld seams, edges and flat surfaces, they deliver excellent control, reduced vibration and professional-quality results.
