Description
The 1.2mm CF2 (G3Si1) MIG Wire Weld Star Pack 18Kg is a non-copper coated solid MIG welding wire manufactured to EN ISO 14341-A G3Si1 classification for single-pass and multi-pass welding of unalloyed and low-alloy carbon-manganese steels. Produced using virgin raw materials sourced from specialised steel mills, the wire delivers exceptional consistency, reliability and weld quality. Compared with traditional copper-coated wires, CF2 offers a cleaner welding environment with reduced fume and smoke generation whilst maintaining excellent arc stability. Designed for modern fabrication environments, the wire supports increased welding speeds, produces high quality weld deposits with virtually no spatter and achieves excellent mechanical properties at service temperatures down to -40°C. Vacuum-sealed packaging prevents moisture absorption, whilst the fitted alignment hole clip and precision layer wound spool ensure smooth and reliable wire feeding throughout the spool life.
