Pozi Countersunk Multi-Purpose Screw A4 Stainless Steel Timco Classic Range

The Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screw manufactured from marine grade A4 stainless steel delivers all the proven performance of the Classic range with maximum corrosion resistance, making it ideal for coastal, marine and highly corrosive environments. Suitable for fixing into softwoods, hardwoods (pre drilled), chipboard, MDF and plastics, A4 stainless steel should be used where the environment is corrosive or where the base material has inherent corrosive characteristics, such as Green Oak.

The double countersunk head reduces the likelihood of head shear while assisting with full countersinking for a clean, flush finish. A 40° deep single thread provides a secure fixing with high pull out resistance. From 25 mm and above, a single slash helps reduce driving torque and minimises the risk of timber splitting, particularly when fixing close to edges. All sizes up to and including 75 mm are fully threaded, with lengths 80 mm and above featuring a 70 mm thread length to optimise clamping performance.
