The 3.2mm Alloy 825 TIG Filler Weld Star Pack 5Kg is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy TIG filler rod developed for demanding corrosion-resistant applications. Alloy 825 offers excellent resistance to both moderately oxidising and reducing environments, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of industrial sectors. It is particularly suitable for overlay cladding where similar chemical composition is required and produces fully austenitic weld metal with excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments.
