Weld Star ER 1070 is a premium high-purity aluminium TIG wire designed for welding commercially pure aluminium grades. With outstanding corrosion resistance particularly in alkaline and atmospheric environments this wire is ideal for critical applications in industries such as chemical processing, electronics, construction, and food production.

Offering excellent weldability when used on properly cleaned materials, ER 1070 also performs well when pre-heating is applied to thicker sections, improving fusion and preventing weld cracking.
