Description
SCSS Spring lock washers manufactured from carbon steel with a hot dip galvanised finish to DIN 7980, designed to help prevent fasteners from loosening under vibration and dynamic loads. Produced from a single coil of square section material, the split washer design applies a spring force within the assembly to help maintain tension and improve joint security.

The hot dip galvanised coating provides a thick protective zinc layer for enhanced corrosion resistance in exposed environments. These washers provide reliable locking performance in structural, engineering and construction applications where maintaining clamping force is important.
