Form G Washers

Form G washers provide heavy duty load spreading for bolted assemblies requiring increased bearing surface and joint stability. With a large outer diameter (approx. 3× nominal size) and thicker section than Form A, B or C washers, they distribute clamping force effectively to prevent surface deformation. Manufactured to DIN 9021, they are widely used in steelwork, timber construction, base plates and structural connections. Available in BZP, hot dip galvanised and stainless steel A2 and A4 for internal, external and demanding environments.
