Premium wood Velcro sanding discs for orbital sanders are designed for fast stock removal, superior surface finishes and extended abrasive life on hardwood, softwood, MDF, plywood and engineered timber products. Manufactured using Klingspor PS33CK and PS33BK abrasive grain, they deliver enhanced durability, reduced clogging and consistent sanding performance, making them ideal for professional woodworking, joinery, furniture production and finishing applications.

Available in 125mm and 150mm diameters with grit sizes from P40 for rapid material removal through to P400 for ultra-fine finishing and polishing preparation, these hook and loop sanding discs provide outstanding versatility across the sanding process. Featuring GLS27 and GLS51 hole patterns for effective dust extraction, they offer cleaner working conditions, longer abrasive life and professional-quality finishes when used with orbital sanders.
