AFNM Cutting Nozzles are engineered for clean, efficient cutting of mild steel when used with lightweight cutting attachments and oxygen-acetylene systems. These precision nozzles provide stable flame control, fast pierce times, and smooth kerf quality ideal for automotive repair, HVAC installations, sheet metal work, and other light-to-medium fabrication tasks.

Available in a range of nozzle sizes, each nozzle is optimised for specific cutting thicknesses and gas pressures:

1/32" suitable for cutting 3–6 mm (1/8"–1/4") mild steel
3/64" suitable for cutting 6–12 mm (1/4"–1/2") mild steel
1/16" suitable for cutting 12–25 mm (1/2"–1") mild steel
